1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using ChillMatch ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

ChillMatch is a social discovery app that allows users to find and connect with people nearby for shared activities. The App provides features including activity creation, group chats, venue recommendations, and push notifications.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use ChillMatch. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep it updated.

Accounts may be deleted if the display name or username contains:

Meaningless character sets (for example, asd123, xjfkqwe, sjdjjd)
Names that are misleading or confusing
Offensive or obscene nicknames
Names that impersonate other people or the ChillMatch administration

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
Impersonate another person or entity
Share inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted content without permission
Attempt to disrupt or compromise the App's security
Use automated systems (bots) to access the App
Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions

6. Location Data

The App uses your location to show nearby users and activities. You can disable location access at any time through your device settings. Approximate location is used; exact coordinates are never shared with other users.

7. Subscriptions

ChillMatch offers optional subscriptions (Blue and Gold) with enhanced features. Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store according to their respective terms. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

8. Venue Offers

The App may display offers from partner venues. These offers are provided by third parties and ChillMatch is not responsible for their availability, terms, or fulfillment. Please contact the respective venue for any issues related to offers.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times or that it will be error-free. You use the App at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChillMatch and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

11. Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time within the App settings. Upon deletion, all personal data is permanently removed from our systems.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account, with or without notice, if we believe the user has violated these Terms, applicable law, or engaged in conduct that may harm the Service, other users, or our business. We may also terminate accounts for operational, security, or legal reasons.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
